Automatic bagging machine for free flowing, non free-flowing, aerated, fluid, powdery and/or aggressive products (food, animal feed, chemical, construction industry, etc.) that forms, fills and seals the bag from a reel of heat-sealable tubular plastic in the system. It is efficient, safe and easy to use, with an output of up to 2000 bags/hour (33 bags/minute) in the 5-50 kg bag range.

The built-in net or gross weighing system ensures accuracy and high performance. The FFS series allows for significant reductions in the cost of packaging materials, guaranteeing high performance, prolonged working cycles and excellent reliability. Possibility of using reels of 100% recyclable, low thickness polyethylene tubular film containing up to 50% recycled polymer.

The reel of tubular film can be safely and easily replaced in a matter of minutes by the operator. Possibility of customising the shape of the end bag (K-seal or cut-out handle) or marking using a thermal or inkjet printer.All the FFS bagging machines can be easily accessed for inspection, maintenance and cleaning.
