Welcome to ICE (Asia) Pvt. Ltd.
ICE was formed in 1984 and was converted into ICE (Asia) Pvt. Ltd. in 1996 Over the years it has established excellent business relationship with various Process Industries. ICE has main office in Mumbai and has branch representatives at New Delhi and Chennai. The company has highly qualified team of Marketing, Sales and Service Engineers, who regularly keep in touch with our existing clients and also identify and achieve new business opportunities. We have appointed Distributors/Sub-representatives in many parts of India (Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, West Bengal, etc…) to interact with our prestigious customers all over the country.
To minimize the downtime our main focus has always been on the after sales support for technical services for installation, commissioning and servicing ofthe productssupplied by our Principals.
On behalf of some of our Principals, to name few, like Coperion K‐Tron, Lumasense Technology, etc…, services have been provided even outside India in countries like Thailand, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, etc. All our field engineers are trained abroad by the Principals at their respective factories for commissioning and repairs of the machines.
ICE carries capabilities & infrastructure to provide service facility to customers’ right up to component level including electronic control cards with the help of our Principal.
ICE’s present sales booking is over Rs. 40 crores with a staff of 80, most of whom are engineers.
