Since last 6 decades, PIER-ELECTRONIC have designed and built Measurement instruments and Analyser systems, ready to use for industrial applications. The main product line consists of Photometers based on the transmission and reflec- tion principle with the associated evaluation systems for non-destructive and non- contact methods of analysis. The photometers are used industrially as a Process analysis device to measure components in various liquid or gas systems. Another product area includes photometers for optical scanning and quality control of sur- face product flows. These systems are used as test systems for continuous quality control in the production of films and materials such as Paper, Glass and Steel sheets.
