Prominent among conventional palletisers is the high-level palletiser, achieving high speeds with compact, stable bags and a well-defined shape. The system, which forms the layer by placing it from above onto the pallet through opening trapdoors, can palletise up to 2600 bags per hour.
The resulting loads are stable and secure thanks to the layers formed and compacted on all four sides and from above. They can thus be easily stored and deposited in the warehouse. The full pallets are very square and neatly aligned. The system is fully automatic and easily to access for cleaning and maintenance. Ideal for the construction, fertiliser, chemical, food sectors, etc.
